Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the kuda55 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. kuda55 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partner studios.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the kuda55 Platform, nor have had a previous account terminated by kuda55 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To use the kuda55 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You are registering for your own personal use only and will not allow third parties to access or operate your account.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account on the kuda55 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, shared payment method, shared IP address, or shared device — is strictly prohibited. kuda55 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.

Account names must match the legal name on the identity documents used for KYC verification. kuda55 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in a name different from the registered account holder's verified name.

kuda55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the kuda55 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kuda55 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: Rp 10.000.
• Accepted deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal banking conditions.
• kuda55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposit method must belong to and be operated by the registered account holder.
• Deposits made using credit facilities (credit cards, credit-linked e-wallet features) are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts: same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB; next business day for requests submitted after 20:00 WIB.
• kuda55 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Expedited withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing fee disclosed at the time of request.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request will be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document review.
• kuda55 reserv es the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly where large withdrawals, unusual betting patterns, or suspicious activity is detected.

Any attempt to deposit funds for the purpose of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or concealing the source of funds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

kuda55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in the event of conflict.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also referred to as turnover requirements or rollover conditions). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-50%, and some games may contribute 0%. Refer to the bonus-specific terms for complete details.
• Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus may forfeit any existing unclaimed or partially-wagered bonus balance.
• kuda55 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Examples of bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated group play to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or employing betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash with little genuine gameplay.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another Member.
• kuda55 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members with active bonuses at the time of withdrawal will be allowed to complete wagering under the original terms.

All wagers placed on the kuda55 Platform are subject to the following general betting and gaming rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules stated on the Platform:

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are accepted in accordance with the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. kuda55 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body. kuda55 does not recognize protests, disqualifications, or result changes announced more than 72 hours after the original event conclusion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per Member per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

Casino Games & Slots:

• All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term theoretical payout rates and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Game outcomes are determined at the moment of bet placement and cannot be reversed or altered. Members are responsible for verifying bet amounts and selections before confirming the wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or incorrect game payout, kuda55 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund stakes to the Member's account.

Togel (Numbers Lottery):

• Togel draws are conducted by independent third-party lottery operators. kuda55 is not responsible for errors in draw results published by external operators.
• All togel bets must be placed before the published closing time for each draw. Late bets will be rejected and stakes returned.
• kuda55 offers markets covering Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau draws. Settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant lottery authority.

Members agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on or through the kuda55 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, monitor, or manipulate the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to place bets using your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for personal gain.
• Engaging in coordinated or syndicated betting designed to guarantee profit or minimize risk across multiple accounts.
• Abusing customer support channels, including submitting false reports, making malicious complaints, or harassing kuda55 staff.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform's software.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.

kuda55 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors Member activity in real time. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or terminated, all pending bets voided, and all balances forfeited. kuda55 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content, design elements, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on the kuda55 Platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use of the kuda55 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express authorization.
• Framing, mirroring, or linking to the Platform in a manner that misrepresents the relationship between your website and kuda55.

Any unauthorized use of kuda55 intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

kuda55 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Members. Our data collection, storage, and processing practices are governed by the kuda55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected during registration, KYC verification, and in the course of your use of the Platform.
• Data is used to provide services, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• Personal data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide Platform services (e.g., payment processing partners).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kuda55 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or other Platform content.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Third-party conduct, including payment processing delays or failures by external banking institutions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kuda55 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their kuda55 account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

kuda55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting kuda55 customer support. Upon account closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to normal rules.
• Any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 7 business days, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Bonus balances and promotional credits will be forfeited.
• The Member will no longer be eligible to receive promotional communications from kuda55.

Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in forfeiture of all account balances, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the kuda55 Platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Resolution: Members are encouraged to first contact kuda55 customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Escalation: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be escalated to kuda55 management for formal review. The Company will provide a written response within 14 business days.
3. Binding Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

kuda55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the effective date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the kuda55 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Your account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you within 7 business days of closure confirmation, subject to successful KYC verification.
